As our Hotels, Restaurants and Attractions welcome guests, we would like to take a moment to re-confirm our commitment to you and your experience.<\/p>\n
Per Provincial guidelines, face coverings are required in all public areas.<\/p>\n
We are pleased to offer a cancellation policy that provides our guests with flexibility. As plans can change quickly we want our guests to feel comfortable when booking a stay.\u00a0 Guests can now cancel up to 48 hours prior to arrival without penalty at Skyline Hotel & Waterpark, Clifton Victoria Inn at the Falls, and up to 24 hours before arrival at the Sheraton Fallsview and Crowne Plaza.<\/p>\n
For the safety of our guests and staff, our hotels are now cashless.\u00a0 Credit card and debit card payments are acceptable forms of payment.<\/p>\n
