In Italy, the harvest is an important time of the year. The summer is winding down and farms are full of flavour. Chef Massimo Capra will be using fresh and locally sourced produce to highlight the everyday cooking in Italy.

Special Guest: Eugene Mlynczyk MW
We are excited to announce that Master of Wine Eugene Mlynczyk will be joining us for our first event. Mr Mlynczyk is one of only ten people in Canada, and 507 in the world to hold the prestigious title from the Institute of Masters of Wine. He is a passionate educator, public speaker, and is a National Fine Wine Ambassador with Principle Fine Wines, the luxury wine sales team within Arterra Wines.
