Run or Dye coming to Niagara Falls

The city’s first Run or Dye event is not your normal 5K run.

Participants can run, walk or jog, and be prepared to get showered in a safe, eco-friendly dye.
The run will wind its way through Dufferin Islands before taking the Niagara Parkway to Kings Bridge Park, wrapping up at the final ‘dye station’ along the Parkway.
A donation to the YMCA Strong Kids campaign will be made after the run, but this is not a charity event, she explains.

The event proved so popular, it partnered with Chevrolet this year for events in more 130 cities.

Run or Dye has already been held in a handful of Canadian cities this summer, with plans for upcoming events in 18 more.
