Whether you’re a grower, are looking to get into the cannabis business or are interested in the industry, you’ll be able to check out more than 200 cannabis industry exhibitors, product demonstrations and more.

An Interactive Evening with Michael Moore: September 28

Documentary filmmaker, author and activist Michael Moore comes to Niagara Falls September 28 for an event from 8-10 p.m. The interactive evening includes a vignette from Moore’s Broadway show “The Terms of My Surrender,” a talk by Moore on his thoughts on the Trump administration, and a question-and-answer period where audience members can ask Moore questions.

CANiDance Convention: October 6

So you think you can dance? Or want to learn how? At the CANiDance Convention, aspiring dancers of all ages can take master classes from some of the top names in Canadian dance. Workshops include dance styles like jazz, barre and ballet, hip-hop and urban, theatre dance, contemporary and lyrical, and tap.

The event goes from 8 a.m.-9 p.m. Tickets for observers are $75, and tickets for students are $119. Group rates for 10 or more participants are available.

Eat Drink Thrive: October 19

Delectable dish at Eat Drink ThrivePlant-based foodies rejoice! Eat Drink Thrive is a vegan food festival with delectable dishes, all meat-, dairy- and cruelty-free. The event goes from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. and features sustainable food, drink and wellness products from more than 100 vendors.

Visitors can also check out workshops and guest speakers. There will also be a kids zone with pumpkin carving, costume making and more, perfect for the holiday season.

Frightmare in the Falls: October 26-27

Frightmare in the Falls is the horror festival you’ll want to check out right before Halloween in Niagara Falls. Wander around exhibits to see horror memorabilia, panels, celebs, movie cars, special effect props and more. Cosplay is welcome.

Frightmare in the Falls takes place 11 a.m.-6 p.m. on October 26 and 11 a.m.-4 p.m. on October 27. Tickets start at $25.95, and deluxe and VIP tickets are also available. There’s also an Official After Party on October 26 at 9 p.m. Tickets are $15.95 for adults ages 19 and older.

Ontario Craft Brewers Conference: October 28-30

The 8th Annual Ontario Craft Brewers Conference & Suppliers Marketplace is Canada’s largest craft beer conference and trade show. It includes more than 200 exhibitors featuring craft beer and food, as well as panels and speeches by North America’s top brewers, craft brewery businesspeople and suppliers.

An Intimate Acoustic Evening with Jeff Martin of The Tea Party: November 1

As lead singer of one of Canada’s favourite rock bands, Jeff Martin is typically stage left of his trio’s ambitious live shows, but this intimate solo evening finds him at the centre, with a setlist that combines his solo work, pared down versions of The Tea Party’s most iconic tracks and even a few covers.  It’s a evening that introduces a different side of the singer and producer.  Purchase tickets here.

An Intimate Conversation with Gene Simmons: November 8

Join Gene Simmons, cofounder and frontman of rock band KISS, as he recounts his success and shares his how he cemented his place in the music industry. Audience members will be able to take part in an interactive question-and-answer session, a unique opportunity to chat with one of rock’s greatest legends.

An Interactive Evening with Dr. Phil: November 13

Dr. Phil McGraw is the host of popular daytime talk show “Dr. Phil,” where he works with individuals and families to confront mental health issues and repair relationships. In his Niagara Falls appearance, he will cover topics including leadership and motivation, and will teach audience members how to “peel behind the mask” to unleash their true potential.
