June 23, 2021 4:47 pm

Guests visiting Falls Avenue Resort and Niagara Falls this Summer from Toronto will once again have the option of travelling via GO Train.  Metrolinx has announced that weekendNiagara Seasonal GO Train Service GO Train service between Toronto’s Union Station and Niagara Falls will resume on June 26, 2021 after a brief hiatus.

A popular and convenient method of travel, the schedule will offer 4 trips on Saturdays, Sundays and Holiday Mondays.  Once it begins, service is expected to continue year-round.

Once again this year, Metrolinx has partnered with Niagara Parks to offer GO & WEGO combo tickets which includes a round-trip GO Train pass and a WEGO bus system pass for use in Niagara Falls. WEGO is a state-of-the-art bus system that connects accommodations and attractions across the city, and makes accessing some of the top attractions in Niagara Falls easier.

Recognizing that health & safety aboard mass transit is a key concern, more than 40 safety protocols have been implemented. They include the mandatory wearing of face masks, installation of clear plastic barriers between seats on trains, and the addition of hand sanitizer dispensers on vehicles and in stations to name a few.
