A new season of Niagara Culinary Experiences with renowned Chef Massimo Capra is set to begin this Fall!
The 2025-2026 series will feature six evenings that showcase the culinary diversity of Italian cuisine through elevated menus, and paired with fine wines. The series, in what will be it’s ninth season of culinary events in Niagara Falls is highly anticipated, with Hotel Packages and Dinner Only tickets selling out quickly each year.
Guests indulge in 5-course menus with wine pairings, a standing cocktail reception with canapes and prosecco and the opportunity to meet and chat with Massimo Capra, one of the most recognizable and affable Chefs in the Country. Each of the experiences take place at Massimo’s Italian Fallsview Restaurant located at the Sheraton Fallsview Hotel, and play out with spectacular views of Niagara Falls as a backdrop.

An evening of elegance that showcases the vibrant spirit of Veneto through a refined menu inspired by the Region’s iconic flavours, and paired with fine wines.

Discover the bold, elegant flavours of Northern Italy with Chef Massimo Capra as he presents an exquisite menu inspired by the rich culinary history of Piedmont. From rustic to refined, to world-renowned Barolo wines, this evening captures the essence of one of Italy’s most celebrated regions.
