Stay At Falls Avenue Resort!

As our Hotels, Restaurants and Attractions prepare to once again welcome guests, we would like to take a moment to re-confirm our commitment to you and your experience.

Flexible Cancellation

We are pleased to offer a cancellation policy that provides our guests with flexibility. As plans can change quickly we want our guests to feel comfortable when booking a stay.  Guests can now cancel up to 48 hours prior to arrival without penalty at Sheraton on the Falls, Skyline Hotel & Waterpark, Clifton Victoria Inn at the Falls, and up to 24 hours before arrival at the Crowne Plaza .

Contactless Services

For the safety of our guests and staff, our hotels are now cashless.  Credit card and debit card payments are acceptable forms of payment.

Guest Amenities

Some facilities and amenities may have limited hours and availability, please contact the hotel directly for up to date information.  Please note that the Fallsview Indoor Waterpark is closed at this time.

Commitment to Cleanliness

While we have always placed an emphasis on cleanliness in our Resort, we have added new protocols and processes that follow expert recommendations and are designed to ensure a safe environment for both you and our associates.

Our commitment also includes constant monitoring and the evolution of the health and safety practices put into place as necessary.

Public Spaces

We have increased the frequency of cleaning in our high-traffic areas and public spaces throughout the Resort. Guests are likely to see dedicated staff in these areas using recommended cleaning products.

Hand Sanitizer

Hand sanitizing stations are available at our hotel entrances, front desks, elevator banks and meeting spaces.

Social Distancing

We ask guests to follow social distancing guidelines and have installed signage in public spaces as a reminder. We have also added partitions at check-in as an added precaution for you and our associates.

Guest Rooms

Our Housekeeping staff is following elevated and rigorous cleaning protocols that include a thorough cleaning of all surfaces with hospital grade disinfectants.

New Cleaning Technologies

We are testing ultraviolet light technology for sanitizing guest keys and devices shared by associates.
