Katy Perry comes to Falls Avenue Resort

It was a “star-sighting” day for guests of Falls Avenue Resort as one of music’s biggest stars came to experience all that Niagara Falls has to offer and made Sheraton Fallsview her destination of choice this past weekend. 

After holding an autograph session with Nik Wallenda earlier that day, we were all “star-struck” to be receiving Katy Perry at the Sheraton Fallsview. 

The Superstar toured the Falls Avenue Resort complex while the staff prepared her itinerary for Niagara Falls. Katy visited Niagara Falls on a picture-perfect afternoon to experience the beauty of our world famous destination with the help of the Falls Avenue Resort Tour Guides.

The singer-songwriter took in the majestic view of the Falls from the balcony of the Fallsview Restaurant located at the Sheraton Fallsview before heading for a tour of Niagara’s most popular attractions.  Katy experienced a wet afternoon as she viewed Niagara Falls up-close on the Maid of the Mist, then went on the enjoy a spectacular high above Niagara Falls dinner at the Skylon Tower, and ended her day with a private after-hours tour of Journey Behind The Falls.

Katy was in the area to perform at the MuchMusic Video Awards in downtown Toronto on Sunday.
