Savour The Delights Of Emilia-Romagna – November 13, 2026

The season begins in Emilia-Romagna, a region celebrated around the world for its rich culinary heritage.

Handmade pasta, exceptional cheeses, deeply flavourful sauces and generations of tradition have helped earn Emilia-Romagna its reputation as one of Italy’s great food destinations.

Flavours Of Puglia – April 9, 2027

The journey continues south to Puglia, where simple preparations showcase the exceptional ingredients of Italy’s sun-soaked heel.

Surrounded by the Adriatic and Ionian Seas, Puglia is known for olive oil, handmade pasta, fresh vegetables and seafood, creating a cuisine that is vibrant, approachable and deeply connected to the land and sea.

Verona To Valpolicella – May 14, 2027

In May, the series moves north to Verona and the vineyards of Valpolicella.

This celebrated region brings food and wine together naturally, pairing the comforting flavours of northern Italian cuisine with some of Italy’s most renowned red wines.

Summer In The Amalfi Coast – June 18, 2027

The season concludes along one of Italy’s most spectacular stretches of coastline. Summer In The Amalfi Coast will celebrate the fresh, vibrant flavours of the Mediterranean with inspiration drawn from seafood, citrus, herbs and seasonal ingredients. Bright, colourful and unmistakably Italian, the evening offers a fitting finale to the 10th anniversary season.

Niagara Culinary Experiences goes well beyond a traditional dinner. Each event begins with a standing cocktail reception featuring canapés and Prosecco, giving guests the opportunity to settle in, socialize and enjoy the atmosphere before dinner begins.

The evening continues with a carefully crafted five-course menu enhanced by wine pairings, with each course designed around the featured region and its culinary traditions.
