Hampton Inn At The Falls in Niagara Falls,ON announced today that it has received a TripAdvisor® Certificate of Excellence award.  The tribute, honors hospitality excellence, is given only to tourism establishments consistently receiving reviews on TipAdvisor for outstanding customer service and experience. The recognition is extended to qualifying businesses worldwide.  This prestigious award is received by approximately 10 percent of accommodations listed on TripAdvisor including neighbors of Hampton Inn, Sheraton Fallsview Hotel and Skyline Inn Niagara Falls.

 Hampton prides itself on providing each customer with consistent, friendly service and warm surroundings, whether traveling on a weekend getaway or on a business trip.  To qualify for the Certificate of Excellence, businesses must maintain an overall rating of four of a possible five, or higher, as reviewed by travelers on TripAdvisor. Criteria takes into consideration the volume of reviews received within the last 12 months.
