Niagara Culinary Experiences return to Falls Avenue Resort Niagara Falls

Falls Avenue Resort is proud to announce the continuation of Niagara Culinary Experiences – an exciting culinary series that features Celebrity Chefs Jamie Kennedy, Massimo Capra and hand-selected Winery, Brewery and Cider Partners.  These Culinary events offer guests the opportunity to enjoy remarkable cuisine and pairings and the chance to mix and mingle with the Celebrity Chefs who call Falls Avenue Resort home.

The Culinary Series kicks of on Friday October 25th with Chef Jamie Kennedy celebrating October Beerfest featuring Niagara Oast House Brewery, Silversmith Brewers and West Avenue Cider.

On Friday November 8th, Chef Massimo Capra will tour Italy with A Tast of Tuscany’.  A 6-course dinner paired with the prestigious Antinori Wines. Antinori is one of the world’s oldest wine producers in Italy having just celebrating their 625th anniversary.

The third event scheduled for Friday December 6th, Heritage Farmhouse Christmas, with Executive Chef Jamie Kennedy will celebrate Christmas the traditional way with great seasonal cuisine with fantastic pairings from Rancourt Winery.  Chef Kennedy is well known for his deep respect and promotion of Ontario traditional food provenance and seasonal cuisine.
