Once you’re connected and start your hunt, be sure to explore the beautiful flower gardens that have made this one of the area’s most popular and beautiful places to explore.

Niagara Falls History Museum

Another designated gym spot in the game is the Niagara Falls History Museum. If you’re traveling with tweens or teens who are obsessed with the game this is a great way to entice them into a museum visit when they might not otherwise be too interested.

The museum offers a comprehensive geographical and cultural history of the region as well as rotating special exhibits. So while you’re hunting for monsters you can also get a great overview of the Niagara area and its uniqueness in the process.

On Sunday August 7 there will be a local Pokemon event held at the Secret Garden near Clifton Hill. While this is an unofficial event it’s a great opportunity to meet other visitors and locals and tackle the Pokemon challenge together.
