Niagara Distillery Is Now Open

We have been working on something pretty special for the past couple of months and now it’s ready for you to enjoy!

Our Resort is now home to the newest restaurant in Niagara Falls; Niagara Distillery & Billy Bones BBQ.  We opened the doors on the innovative restaurant on Wednesday, and it has already grabbed the attention of tourists and locals alike.  Located at the corner of  Falls Avenue and Clifton Hill, just steps from Niagara Falls, the Distillery specializes in hand-crafted spirits and award winning BBQ selections from Billy Bones BBQ, one of North America’s favourite competition grillers.

The new restaurant which features two floors, and two outdoor patios has a sleek, contemporary atmosphere and is the ideal gathering spot on Clifton Hill.  The Distillery offers 6 signature spirits: Canadian Whisky, Single Cask Whisky, Moonshine, Vodka, Gin, Rum.  Each spirit was created to be remarkable on its own or when mixed to develop a signature cocktail.

Guests at Niagara Distillery will also be tempted by the deep, smoky profile of Billy Bones BBQ.  An award winning competition favourite at BBQ events across North America, Billy Bones’ award winning sauce will be on display in the delicious menu which offers brisket, burgers, broasted chicken, and cornbread.  The signature featured menu item is the low and slow smoked pork ribs featuring dry rub and deeply caramelized with classic sauce.
