Fresh on the heels of a sold-out evening in February, the Niagara Culinary Experiences series continues in March by brining one of the most famous cities in literature from page to plate.
Join celebrated Chef Massimo Capra in Niagara Falls on Friday March 24, 2023 for Niagara Culinary Experiences, an evening of exquisite dining featuring Verona to Valpolicella.
Best known as home to Shakespeare’s tragic love story, every year visitors flock to Verona and Valpolicella Region of Italy to experience the unique flavors of Italian cuisine and wine. The hearty and flavorful cuisine is balanced with rich and robust wines that the vineyards of the Valpolicella region produce. Famous red wines, made from Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara grapes and are the perfect accompaniment to the rich Italian cuisine. The evening’s menu features savoury delights, some of which include sous vide angus short rib with polenta, stuffed duck leg with farmers sausage and chestnut, and Gnocchi di Manga with truffle.
Each Niagara Culinary Experiences event features an exquisite 5-course dinner with wine pairings, cocktail reception with prosecco and canapes, and mix and mingle with Chef Massimo Capra.
Niagara Culinary Experience events are held at Massimo’s Italian Fallsview Restaurant at Sheraton Fallsview Hotel.
