Kicking Off a Brand New Niagara Culinary Experiences Series

Falls Avenue Resort is happy to announce that the Niagara Culinary Experiences Series is back for another year of amazing dinner events beginning on October 27th. Each of the dinners will explore wine and cuisine from the Niagara region and around the world, and connect guests with unforgettable dining experiences in Niagara Falls.

The series’ first event is A Culinary Tour of Piedmont at the Rainbow Room by Massimo Capra on October 27th, which will showcase the delicious cuisine of Italy’s Piedmont region with a focus on rich and hearty dishes and sophisticated wines. The winemaker from Piedmont’s Gigi Rossi winery will be in attendance alongside Chef Massimo Capra, celebrating the beauty of this region’s cuisine in direct view of the thundering Falls.

On December 1st, Windows by Jamie Kennedy Fresh Grill & Wine Bar will be hosting A Farmhouse Christmas dinner that celebrates local ingredients with five courses of turn of the century farmhouse dishes paired with wonderful wines. And on January 19th, 2018  Windows by Jamie Kennedy will be hosting its second culinary event, An Icewine Dinner, in celebration of Niagara’s unique Icewine season and local ingredients.

Massimo Capra will be hosting A Culinary Tour of Tuscany dinner at the Rainbow Room on March 23rd, 2018 followed by A Spring Fling in Niagara at Windows by Jamie Kennedy on April 20, 2018, and A Culinary Tour of Veneto on May 11th, 2018, which will be the last dinner in the series.
