Niagara Icewine Festival

This year’s Niagara Icewine Festival is taking place January 26^th-27^th at the Scotiabank Convention Centre in Niagara Falls, offering the chance to sip and savour a number of premium VQA wines and icewines from more than 15 of Niagara’s best wineries and pair them with delicious dishes from top Niagara chefs. The 2018 Niagara Icewine Festival is a 19+ event and will also feature live music and a beautiful outdoor Icewine Winter Wonderland complete with ice sculptures and lights.

Icewine Beer

Niagara Brewing Company has just released their Niagara Icewine Beer for a limited time on tap and in bottles at their craft brewery on Clifton Hill. This one-of-a-kind beer is 9.7% Alc. and combines the sweet and complex flavours of Niagara Icewine with the bubbly goodness of craft beer. Stop by the brewery to try it on tap or pick up a 375ml or 750ml bottle to share with friends and family this holiday season.

Icewine Experience & Lunch

On January 20^th, 2018 Peller Estates Winery & Restaurant in Niagara-on-the-Lake will be hosting an Intense Icewine Experience & Lunch, featuring a special tour, behind-the-scenes look at the production of Niagara Icewine, and a sparkling reception at the 10Below Icewine Lounge where the -10⁰C climate makes for a stunning winter wonderland experience. The Icewine Experience will also feature a 3-course lunch created by Winery Chef Jason Parsons, which will be accompanied by Peller’s award-winning VQA wines.

Icewine & Ice cream

The beautiful Chateau des Charmes winery in Niagara-on-the-Lake will be hosting an Icewine & Ice Cream event on January 6^th, 7^th, 13^th, 14^th, 22^nd, 27^th, and 28^th, in celebration of one of Canada’s most unique and cherished products. Each of these afternoon events will feature tours and tastings of two Chateau des Charmes Icewines complimented by delicious hand-made local ice cream, making for a sweet winter experience in Niagara.
