Falls Avenue Resort is proud to announce the highly anticipated return of Niagara Culinary Experiences – an exciting culinary series featuring Celebrity Chef Massimo Capra.
This special collection of culinary evenings in Niagara Falls offer guests the opportunity to enjoy remarkable cuisine and wine pairings, and the chance to mix and mingle with the culinary master. Join Massimo as he leads the exquisite culinary tours of famed Italian Regions, and the finest farm-to-table ingredients from Southern Ontario.
These curated events take place at Massimo’s Italian Fallsview Restaurant located on the Fallsview Dining Level of the Sheraton Fallsview Hotel.

Celebration Of Icewine – February 03, 2023
Niagara is home to some of Canada’s most celebrated Icewine producers, and this evening celebrates this liquid gold with an exquisite 5-course menu that will awaken your palate. Indulge in this remarkable experience and best of Niagara.
Verona To Valpolicella – March 24, 2023
Verona, a city known all over the world as the setting of the tragic love story of Romeo and Juliet, is also renowned land of wines. The vineyards of the Valpolicella region produce a rich and robust wine that will pair perfectly with the hearty cuisine of the Veneto region.
Taste of Tuscany – April 28, 2023
The cuisine of Tuscany is all about simplicity; keeping it fresh with traditional local flavours authentic to the land. Massimo will leave a celebration of Tuscan flavours by combining high-quality, seasonal local ingredients.
Each event features a mix and mingle with Celebrity Chef Massimo Capra, standing cocktail reception with canapes and prosecco, and a 5-course dinner with wine pairings. Tickets to attend these evenings are available as part of a special Hotel Package which also includes one night accommodations in a Fallsview Room at Sheraton Fallsview.
