Falls Avenue Resort is excited to announce the events for the highly anticipated 2023/2024 Niagara Culinary Experiences series. Prepare for a tantalizing journey through the world of culinary delights, guided by none other than the renowned Celebrity Chef Massimo Capra.
This series sells out year after year, do not miss your opportunity to partake in the culinary wonders that await!
Join us for extraordinary culinary evenings in the heart of Niagara Falls, where exquisite 5-course dinners with wine pairings await. A highlight of these events is the chance to interact and mingle with the culinary master himself, Chef Massimo Capra. Indulge in an unparalleled experience as Massimo leads you on a captivating culinary tour of Italy’s famed regions and diverse cuisine.
Hosted at Massimo’s Italian Fallsview Restaurant, on the Fallsview Dining Level of the Sheraton Fallsview Hotel, these carefully curated events promise to excite your palate.
There are five events scheduled in the new series:
- Celebrate The Harvest – September 29, 2023
- The Truffle, An Italian Delicacy – November 17, 2023
- Celebration of Icewine – February 2, 2024
- Taste of Piedmont – March 22, 2024
- Abruzzo, Where the Mountains Meet The Sea – April 26, 2024
These evenings also include a mix and mingle with Chef Capra, and a standing cocktail reception with canapes and prosecco. Tickets are available as part of a special Hotel Package which features one night accommodations at Sheraton Fallsview, or as dinner only tickets.
